Well, Let's see...180,000 population x 80 pods is 14,400,000 pod per acre.  Figure 2.5 beans per pod is 36,000,000 beans.  about 3000 beans per pound is 12,000 pounds per acre.  At 60# per bushel is 200 bushel per acre.  We get that all the time up here*********

I planted 190000 in 7.5" rows with rather poor conditions since planting causing poor emergence and drown outs.  That being said, I'm pretty much in the 20 to 30 pods per plant depending on the variety.  Thinking 30 hoping 35 bushel.
