We are also dealing with an extremely strong dollar, that has a lot of implications that will equate some of the interest issues from the 80s. But I haven't seen a bunch of auctions yet, so we aren't in too deep. Banker talk makes it seem to be very soon. When you hear how many were under water last year, I can almost imagine this year and next.
