Landlords should do this too. If I rented ground out I would try and get the most for it each year. Loyalty isn't worth anything any more.


+1. The "best price" isn't always the best value. Also if wherever you get your "cheap stuff" wants to be a little creative with the scale or the paperwork all of a sudden that cheap price becomes very expensive. Easily done too especially with fertilizer
