I'm Starting to layer 2 residuals. In both corn and beans. The products are out there. Is it gonna cost me? Yep.
You get one product that would last long enough for TWH and I guarantee it will cause carryover issues in the very near future.
Is there not a way to make a GMO corn and GMO bean that can both tolerate the same residuals such as has been done with rup, liberty and dicamba? That really needs to be the end goal. Have two different residuals that corn and soybeans are both tolerant to and rotate them each year. Stopping the weeds from coming up is the only way to win the battle in the long run. |
