I realize this is a loaded question with temperature being a big factor. But, if I planted a 106 day hybrid and a 96 the same day, how many days apart should they be to get to 20%?
How about a 96 day and 112 day?
It all depends. A 96 day P will dry down about like a 101 DK. haha

It really all depends on the temps, humidity, wind and sun. But assuming 80 for a high and 55 for a low it will take the 106 day corn around 14 days longer to reach black layer. So count on it being 14+ days behind assuming they both dry down like they should for how many day corn it is.
