Ontario | Hell I know some that get a new combine every year. Low interest has allowed people to spend recklessly and while lower grain prices will cause many to tighten their belts those interest rates remain unchanged and still encourage people to spend when they really shouldn't. I see CIH advertising 0% financing here all the time which seems like a steal but those payments still have to be made and deals like that can easily cause someone to simply buy too much and get in over their head | |
