You aren't a kidding about that mess. Somebody's pocket book is going to get pinched! Makes me worry about our tobacco as this becomes more common. So many other things to worry about as it is.
Also curious how they got unlabeled herbicide, unless they were using some 2,4D formulation that is available but not advertised for that feature ("yet").
