USA | If you are wanting to use Acetochlor and Atrazine, use Keystone or Volley ATZ instead of Harness Xtra, it's a cheaper way to go vs buying Harness Xtra. I would use a half rate of Keystone (1.35 quarts) followed by RUP mixed with 1.5 oz of Laudis.
With the big drop in the price of Radius this year, I would run 9 oz of Radius instead of an Acetochlor -Atrazine premix on the first pass. A lot more bang for the buck with Radius.
