Water a lot of water. We have put up corn at 50% dry matter that made good dairy quality Silage. I would also recommend a good quality inoculate also. I think it takes about 8 gallons of water per ton of Silage for each point of dry matter over 30%. I don't think you need to Start adding water until the dry matter gets over 38/ 40% though. That's in my climate what works here may or may not work for you.
