Brazilton KS | I think the ones we have are 1/2 to 3/4 hp. They achieve 30 gpm easily. I think you are going to need more then 3450 RPM (or a two stage pump) to get enough pressure to put much more then that through a normal tank truck nozzle. We use 1" hose on most things, could maybe increase flow a little by going to 1 1/2 but we have it on one trailer and it's harder to handle. For most things we fuel (100 gallons or so on average) the difference between 30 and 50 is not that much. The difference between 10 and 30 was huge. When fueling 400 gallons the faster flow is nice.
