if your going to keep it long term, yes. i did my new truck 3 years ago with a siphon gun and a product that doesnt dry hard. still looks good underneath. but i plan to retouch it with new motor oil soon. not a pleasant job but worth it. if someone else does it , they might not get it into where it really needs to be.
