Averaged 3-4 5x6 round bales/ac. The ground the rake is seen in is real sandy. It did just over 100 bu/ac and did respectively poor with bales. Probably should have left the residue on to build OM, but the "boss" (grandpa) said bale it. We will spread manure on it in the spring so I suppose it all equals out.
Dad plants about 5 ac of corn for silage...only milks 20 cows. He runs a pretty low input show, so doesn't use cover crops.
We have about 300 ac beans. Funny looking back through the pics I didn't get any bean harvest pics. Then 500 acres of corn.
