Its a colony that seeded the canola for us. In the future they will get paid if they keep that system. Theres a company out there http://www.bioagtive.com/ and one of the local guys builds and installs them, claims 30-40lbs of N by putting your exhaust in the ground. We didnt see an advantage infact where we held back 30lbs of urea for barley, that system didnt replace that 30lbs. The colony that has that unit did alot of plots with fertilizer rates. None bias plots. Should get the results next time we talk to the guys that run the crop part of the farm. This are is a hot bed for the exhaust injection. Most scientists that have studied exhaust injection has said it will help break down in the soil rather then put down N. Either way its got a ways to go.
