I use the JD 0W-40 in three diesel pickups and one tractor mainly for the cold weather starting, Will be putting it in another tractor when I use up the 5W-30 I have on hand. I put it in the one tractor that I use for plowing snow, some winters it was used maybe 10hrs. Hated to have to change oil again in the spring with such little use. Really like the difference it makes in starting.
What brand of synthetic oil to use?
