Bloomfield, KY. | The right ones are mostly the older metal and masonite signs. I particularly like dealer signs and signs with a farmer's name on them. They can be priced into the hundreds of dollars if they are rare or have an interesting graphic. I'm too tight to pay that much.
Last month I paid $65 for a Princeton Hybrids sign from Princeton, IN. The most I have paid is $85 for a Funk's G-5757 sign.
Stull's and Mallard signs are often high sellers on e-Bay. Old Pioneer signs before the 60's also sell very well.
The plastic cardboard field signs are worth very little, and I know they are the type that is being discussed in this thread. They almost always sell for less than $10 on e-bay, so I guess it is just as well to find other uses for them.
Got any Cornhusker Hybrids signs? I would like to get one of them, and I guess they come from Nebraska!
