That, combined with the fact that you appear to have no cooling system pressure when hot tell me you have an air block in the cab heater core. The air trapped inside the heater core compresses and absorbs the expansion of the coolant when it warms up. Several of the other responses have excellent methods to bleed the system. That's your problem man. | |
