east central iowa | Thanks for all the replies here. my lawyer finally was able to look the lease over and he said no way in heck to sign it. Lots of things he doesn't like In it and if I am still interested we are going to write up a new one for the wind mill company to sign. If you or anyone is in the same position have your lawyer look it over. I think I am going to pass on the whole deal in the end. I appreciate everyone's inputs and personal experiences.
