edgerton ks. | Wondering about engine life of modern small engines? Looking to add an additional zero turn mower for our orchard. Finding some used mowers at attractive prices right now. But how many hours will they run? Most of these commercial mowers have twin cylinder air cooled gas engines. Kohler seems to be the most common. We currently run a exmark with over 1200 hours on it. Still starts an runs great with only a yearly spark plug change. Don't know how many hours the life expectancy is on these. With proper care what could you expect from one of these engines ? | |
