SE MN | I see no reason not to use the clutch if that is how you like to do it, the manual doesn't say the clutch should not be used this way (8030 series manual anyway). Just make sure you don't ride it. Push it fully down and then let it fully out without spending any extra time in the middle. It needs to be pushed in all the way to disengage. That's probably why the buzzers go crazy if you try do something like topping off a truck with a grain cart by riding the clutch. On a cart, you should put it in low gear and pop it in and out of gear. I prefer to use the clutch pedal like you do most of the time in 8000 series tractors. | |
