I have a 99 F-350 4x4 crew cab auto trans with 256k on it no major problems other than tranny at 147k. Engine uses 2 qts oil in 5k. To be perfectly honest I have no complaints other than mpg and that has something to do with my heavy foot. If I had the opportunity to sell my truck for 10,000 I would have to think pretty hard first. Just my opinion.
