Subject: RE: Drone video editing?

On the video editing I recently started using a program called Davinci Resolve 12, I don't know much about it yet but it's a very capable free program! I believe the free version is limited to 1080p which is adequate for the average user, like I said I'm still learning, mostly off of YouTube, it's pretty intimidating at first but if you'll watch a few videos and play around it starts coming together, I've heard say that the free version won't be around forever. The way the program is designed(the way I've done it anyhow) it seems you need to further process the videos when your done editing, I installed handbrake and ran my video through that with MP4 as container type and h265 video codec, this will compress your videos as well, making them easier to share. Not as difficult as it sounds, a little trial and error and you'll be on your way! Good luck!

You can download any pictures to your tablet by pressing the little playback button below the record button within the app with drone connected!

Edit: if all you need is to crop a video you can do that with vlc player, simply go to view tab and click advanced controls, you should now have a record button above play button, click that when you want to start cropping and press again when done, you should find your video in My Videos folder with a long awkward name.
