Not saying this was the case here. I just wonder how many times cover crops get blamed for allopathy when it is actually a nutrient deficiency True. But in the case of oats ahead of corn, it is established that it's even worse than cereal rye for allelopathy. And, btw, the word is allelopathy. 5 syllables. |
