My eyes aren't very good but from the looks of it those kernels were never fertilized. Is that correct? It looks like more of a pre pollination stress than too warm of nights during pollination thing. It's hard to tell. My guess is the rolling you had in June is largely responsible for what you are seeing. I am assuming you were pretty dry right up until pollination? When did you start getting some rain in relation to pollination?
