SW OH | I have the exact same problem with my 457. I have concluded that it's the net wrap. Don't know what brand it even is. The first half of the roll always comes off scrunched up narrower than the roll itself. I have tried many times to stretch it back out, but it scrunches back up on the next bale. After the roll is half gone the problem goes away. If the net is not full width it won't trip the switch giving the E4-01 code.
