Subject: RE: ontario conventional soybeans

NW central North Dakota
Last year I started with non gmo's without a pre, it was pretty successful. The exception was biennial wormwood that came late, and alfalfa in another field. This spring bye down used glyphosate and authority mtz with 2-4d, seemed to work great but some alfalfa came late on twenty acres. I then followed up with first in crop pass of clethodim and raptor, then second pass of clethodim and basagran since some thistle came late... Most look as good as RR beans around, but being an agronomist, I try for perfection with common sense. I am happy but should have completely went through second pass, I figured what was feasible to spray in dollars and went with it...after three days was going to go through rest and flowers were out and I thought I may hurt flowers and pod set with that, so I returned it. I will pre harvest those that I won't plan to keep for seed. I am not perfect but you asked what peeps did. Good luck!
