Subject: RE: ontario conventional soybeans

Charing Cross, Ont.
I started using pre's in roundup ready a few years ago to help slow down resistance anyway. Now with fleabane you almost have to put down a pre anyway. So why pay the tech fee for a technology that's not working? I planted some nongmo beans this year and I am happy with how clean they are. Sure I have few weeds, but nothing a couple of days walking wouldn't cure, just a few button weeds.

I used Authority and Boundary for pre's and used a burn down of roundup and 2-4D. I think the premium for the ip's more than covers extra hassles.
