NW Missouri | I experienced the same thing when I had to use a 64 inch wrap ( was in a pinch) instead of 67 inch in a 567. Wrap was not triggering the sensor switch all the time. I switched to 67 inch Titan edge to edge, used my hand to clean off the switch plate surface, and removed the brush as it was collecting a great deal of dirt and trash on that side. One other thing I did was to make sure the steel roller was very smooth and clean. I took some emery paper and buffed out one small spot that was rough.
I have not had a single miss in two rolls after that.
Are both spiral clean on the ends and no pieces of wrap on the rollers?
