east central iowa
Thanks for the replies so far. I definitely will have my attorney look over the lease I am way to skeptical if anything going on my land not to. I have contacted a individual that has had this company recently install one and he said so far they have been legit and done everything they said they would. The next step is to go visit the site as they just finished his and see what it looks like. I'm trying to not only look at the 10000 a year but the what ifs. My lender of course thinks it's a good thing as its extra cash flow but could care less if I do it or not. I can't believe how fast most neighbors signed up and will probably be looking at them now anyways. Even will be farming around some because a couple a couple of my landlords already signed. Doubt my rent gets lowered. I wonder who gets paid for the compaction when you are the renter but the money goes to landlord that'll probably be fun to hash over how have others figured this out just take X amount of dollars or acres off rent?
