North Central Iowa | When they wanted to build on one of my landlord and parents farms they only wanted to pay $3,500 a year. The roads you had to donate. I asked them where they came up with that number because you are basically renting out business property to put a factory on. I told them to fly off as it was going to take about that much a week in rent. Most of the guys that signed up wished they never would have. And they promised to fix all tile line issues. Big Lie. They basically told everybody its not their problem after they were done. What a mess. | |
