I did this on 35 acres. Those 35 acres are by far the best corn. We are getting 35-40 tons/acre.
As for why, the sulfur. We've applied lime for the 3 years and improved the Ca numbers. The Mg is still at or above 20%. I'm using the sulfur to help with the Mg.
