I can't speak for the 608 head but the Drago wear items last much longer than the Case heads. I hadn't touched my old one in 3 years except for routine maintenance. They are very good heads for getting an early start in the morning and still feed great. They do require more routine maintenance such as a thorough cleaning at the end of harvest to clean trash out of units. You will also need to make sure the Deck plates are free every year before you start.
