Mid Michigan | You guys sound like good renters. Usually when a guy rents his land out it's because he's not physically able to go out and do all those tasks he used to. People like to know there is some youth and ambition out there watching out for their place if they can't quite do it for themselves anymore. All those extra things like fixing tile and keeping roadsides mowed help a property maintain its value and appearance better. Keeps the landlord proud of his place as he should be. | |
