I would spray on the foundation and the bottom side of the floors. I would spray 2 inches of 2 lb foam. In your situation with a tight fir and small crawlspace, I would estimate it would cost around $2.50-$3.00 per square foot..... However.... You will love the results... You could expect payback in the 3-5 year range but it would make your home way more comfortable.
