At least your main ears look normal. Had that on one variety last year where it developed 2-3 nubbins per plant on about 5-10k plants per acre. It was about 15-30 bu/ac less than the variety next to it that didn't have that problem. But what you have going there doesn't look like it will be as much of a problem.
