Southwestern Indiana | Bought sprayer at an auction this past winter; just now getting it ready to use.
It has a combination 11 of tee-jet 8002, 8003, and 8006 spaced 30" apart. I would like to run 20 gal/acre and low pressure.
I would also like to extend wet boom wings to accommodate another 1/2 rate tip on each end to cover a 30' swath.
I have the agitator running off the bypass valve on the control and plan to run a hose off the gate valve just straight back into the tank to help with pressure regulation. Would that work ok?
Also, the pump hoses had the old style John Deere fittings on them, and that is all the previous owner had for tractors - although his smallest was a 4630. I'm thinking he may have had a 4020 or something back in the day (the tongue is too short for anything with too large of tires) Will it hurt anything to run the pump off a Super M ?
All I can find is the pat # on the pressure tank. The only thing not pictured is a Banjo strainer on the bottom.
Thanks.
