SW Ont | Free advice...worth what you paid. I am 52 son is 23. Opportunity is coming our way. They come to me, not my son. Older guys see his energy, enthusiasm, it's what they want. However, they still approach me to talk about his future.... Just the way it is. We have been here a long time, been good neighbor and helped lots of older guys over the years. Work w your family, build relationships, be part of the team. If your family has solid reputation and respect in community you build on that. Get involved in your community and talk openly about your hopes and dreams. The only other option is to be top bidder/pay top dollar....not a good way to start out. It takes time, no quick easy answer. Good luck. | |
