Subject: Anyone grow wheat in Iowa???

NE Iowa
Never grown winter wheat except as a cover crop. Running some numbers on whether it makes since to grow some. I would frost seed red clover into it to pasture in late summer / fall. I have beef cows so can use extra pasture then and can also use the straw. Looking for advice on growing winter wheat in Iowa. What are typical yields and harvest dates? I'm in NE Iowa near where Wisconsin and Illinois meet so if you grow wheat in northern Illinois or southern Wisconsin would appreciate hearing your experiences also. Thanks.
