If I market right, depends on what RMA prices are at-we don't know that yet.
One thing is for sure I am happy to have landlords willing to work with me on the flex rent. Rent is lower in bad years-either due to weather or markets. Lots of landlords still demanding $350+ and plenty willing to pay it.
$300 rent was a huge moneymaker a couple years ago-this year-too early to say. Was just out scouting all fields today-maybe not as big as last year-but we have a good crop going. If I had to be county average will be over 200 again. | |
