Pesticide label will trump state and local laws anyway, and it seems most labels tell you not to spray when there is high probability of drift to susceptible foliage off site.

Can't wait to read extend dicamba label. and see how this all plays out.

May endup putting retailers in a real bad place by selling the high dollar seed, but refusing to spray dicamba in sensitive areas (let alone leaving buffer strips)

And judging how widespread use of glyphosate has changed our ecosystem (good or bad, I don't know) I hope EPA's registration is say less than 5 years just in case we have an unforeseen ecological disaster
