I doubt there will be any yield loss if that is the worst damage you have. Comparing yields of this area to an other area that doesn't show any affects in the same field is a fair comparison. I have seen, many times, where those symptoms can actually increase yield. It depends on stresses in the field and the soybeans ability to overcome them.
