Subject: RE: Does Loyalty matter anymore?

Seaforth, Ontario
I like to think loyalty is still around. I've had some land rented for about 10 years that I've rented year to year that they have never had to ask for rent. I've raised the rent without them asking because its fair. I cut the roadsides and help them out if they need a loader tractor or something. In return they are loyal in that they don't go out looking for higher bidders. I treat any rented land like my own. If a tile needs fixing just look after it. It's to my benefit not having a wet spot. In the same respect I don't price half the counties fetilizers outlets for a buck a ton off. There's so often more involved than simply price.
