Subject: RE: windrowing soybeans

North Central Illinois
I have cut soybeans with a 13' rigid header on a 4400 JD combine. It is a fine line between scraping up dirt and missing a lot of lower pods, but can be done. It requires full attention on the part of the operator though. I really should find a flex head for it before this fall to make my life easier.
