If you don't pay a lot of income tax you won't buy much dirt.
Oh I've paid some taxes and own some real estate. But I don't mismanage the expense and then wear the overpayment as some badge of honor. And I sure as 'ell don't use it as some measuring benchmark of my other expenses.
How many are going to make it?
