| Hi, trying to get a few questions answered for a friend. Where are the nice areas to farm in texas? Where weather isn't horrible like 120 degrees all summer and never gets rain. Needs to be a milder climate. He's not interested in 10k a acre stuff but does need soils he can farm. Would like to raise a few different crops not just wheat after wheat type of deal. He's farmed in the past but wants to make a change with what he's currently doing. If you could start over where would you try and go?
Did a search and funacres was talking about vernon childress being a nice place any other area?
