nc ks | Red is soooo pretty!!!!!!! I am in the same boat, and am wondering where the deal is going. I guess I just figure I better be able to farm the ground in the way that will justify the best rent to them. As long as I do that, there shouldn't be any trouble with adjusting the rents down some as there shouldn't be any more lucritive oportunities out there for them. I tend to look at what gound is selling for as much as anything. If ground is selling for more, rents ought to go up and vice/versa. No plan is perfect, and at the very least, I would hope my pro-active stance will at least get me the chance to match another offer before I am on the outside looking in. Basically if I am not allowed a measure of consideration in return, I don't need to farm the ground. I just want to be able to look back and not have reservations about my actions if I have to walk away. I still would analize the situation to see what I, I said I I I, could have done better. But I strive to look back and have no regrets of how I treated them. | |
