SW Iowa | The problem is that I don't know what population planted and what seed traits he's buying so cheap so I can compare Apples to apples.
I was asking the dealers that I Know well how many units for a discount and what the BTO's were paying. They all laughed when I asked for seed that would produce 200 bpa for $100 bag.
We plant 32-36,000 and use double stacks for most ground.
Also, what part of the country? From other discussions it would seem there's a price difference from one region to another.
