Waterhemp has just been a fact of life in seed bean fields around here for 3-4 seasons now.  As already mentioned, you don't want volunteer corn going to seed.  The one weed that is a big no-no is nightshade, they don't want the beans stained and will reject a field with that.  I've never had it happen or really heard of it happening, though.
