Their are 2 kinds of grain farmers
1. Those who are controlled by the so called agronomist, crop insurance and cheap interest
2. I am ruled by economics and after tax profits
I am in coups camp as far as seed costs go, and to absolutely prove to you that my farm is vastly more profitable than most, would require divulging my Schedule F
So unfortunately you will remain skeptical
BTW I would say if your income tax cost per acre is less than your seed cost, this would be a red flag to me on any grain farms financial viability going forward
