then you'll get some excercise. First thing in the morning is pushing the sled. Otherwise known as feed cart with 32 repetitions of a 7# feed scoop. Then about 14 repititions of walking the dumbbells, otherwise known as 5gal buckets of corn, to feed the gestating sows. Loading crates with sows turns into the 500# deadlift. For jogging I just chase loose cattle now and then. And for a brisk daily walk, almost every day something 200 yards from the shop needs fixin. And you never quite have the right tool along. So back and forth you go. I keep tellin myself the walking is good for me.
