S.E. Iowa | We got a swather to do just what you are doing. We have never been able to do it right due to weather. Our weather here in southeast iowa is a lot different than yours, we have had peas in a windrow for three and a half weeks now. I went fron running 4-4 1/2 to .5 and two plugged rotors when I ground thru 350 bushels two weeks ago. Just got another 4 inches last night. So from my perspective I would rather them upright. In June I thought we were in a drought with maybe two inches early in the month. No real help. | |
